Are your services covered by my insurance?
We accept most major commericial insurances, TennCare, and Medicare. Feel free to call our office to ask about a specific insurance. All copays are due at the time of service.
Can I get a same-day appointment? Do you offer walk-in clinic services?
We do accept walk-ins and same day appointments in most cases. However, there may be days when a provider has a full schedule. To avoid long wait times, we recommend calling the clinic and checking when the next available appointment is. Walk-ins will be worked in as soon as possible.
What is your new patient procedure?
All new patients are required to fill out a new patient packet and bring in a photo ID and insurance cards (if applicable). All of these things must be completed before a patient can be seen by a provider.
